Jon is President, DuPont Electronics and Imaging, (E&I), a $3.6 billion world-leading electronic materials portfolio distinguished by its expertise in integrating advanced materials to meet customer needs, a global market presence, and best-in-class manufacturing capabilities. In this role, Jon is responsible for setting and driving the business’ strategy and operations to capitalize on transformational market trends and enable differentiation through innovation.  

 
 
 

Previously, as Head of Strategy for the Specialty Products Division of DowDuPont, Jon led the overall integration management process related to the DowDuPont merger transaction, while also managing the division’s strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, global procurement, and facilities services and real estate areas.  He was instrumental in working with the company’s management teams to develop and deliver improvements to the business portfolio, and design a strategic planning process to deliver growth and value.  In June, 2019 he was named President Non-Core segment and retains management oversight for the segment. 

Jon served as President, DuPont Electronics & Communications from 2015 through 2017.  During that time, he led the re-design of the business’ growth strategy and operating model by prioritizing growth investments and manufacturing improvements. Under his oversight, the division’s top line growth accelerated, delivering record earnings and a more than 300 basis point expansion in operating margins.  From 2013 to 2015 he was global business director for the Circuit & Packaging Materials business where he delivered on growth opportunities in the consumer electronics market with a broad portfolio of interconnect solutions.

Jon joined DuPont as a business development manager in 2005 and subsequently held positions spanning commercial, strategy, and business leadership roles across a range of businesses.  Prior to joining DuPont, Jon was an economist and business development manager for the Utah Department of Community and Economic Development. 

Jon earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Utah and a M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors for SEMI and Delaware Innovation Space.
